once your order ships, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, although delivery times may vary. you'll receive a tracking email with your shipment details as soon as your order is on its way.

because every item is made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. please review your cart and the size guide before ordering.

if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at puppychowsandiego@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. approved claims will receive a replacement or refund whenever possible.

every product includes a size guide on its product page. we recommend comparing the measurements to a shirt you already own and love.
