By accessing or using the Puppy Chow website (the “site”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site. You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order.

We do our best to display our products, colors, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device will show them exactly as they appear in person.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or errors in product or pricing information. Your order is only confirmed once we send an order confirmation email.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other trusted payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.

Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will help arrange it. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

All content on the site — including the Puppy Chow name, logos, graphics, product designs, photography, and text — is owned by Puppy Chow or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the site without our prior written permission.

You agree not to (a) use the site in any way that violates applicable law, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, (c) interfere with the operation of the site, or (d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puppy Chow and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

The site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puppy Chow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Your use of the site is also governed by our privacy policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
